Milton Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated PTA who enjoys working collaboratively, building meaningful resident relationships, and helping patients achieve their highest level of independence and function. Responsibilities
Provide skilled PTA treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist residents in improving mobility, safety, strength, endurance, and independence
Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and PCC
Support individualized resident-centered treatment plans
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania PTA license
SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
