Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Account Executive to join our growing team. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting our strategic growth by developing and managing sales initiatives, driving sales volume, and optimizing product mix within assigned territories and accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the corrugated or paper industry, and a proven track record of exceeding goals while maintaining and growing customer relationships.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned accounts or territories
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers
Secure and maintain the distribution of company products and services
Collaborate with internal design teams to improve current packaging solutions and develop custom solutions to meet client needs
Create and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through lead generation and qualification efforts
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and on-site visits to foster relationships and identify opportunities
Coordinate with the Company Managment to assess opportunities for improvement in strategy, procedures, and customer engagement
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly
