What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working Class A CDL Driver who’s ready to be part of a crew that values safety, teamwork, and getting the job done right. This is not just a “drive from Point A to Point B” position — our drivers are hands-on team members who help support environmental cleanup and waste transportation projects throughout Ohio.
The majority of work is local/regional, and you’ll be home most nights.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate:
- Vacuum tankers
- Straight vacuum trucks
- Roll-off trailers
- 26’ box trucks
- Transport waste materials safely and in compliance with regulations
- Load and unload materials using proper equipment and procedures
- Complete manifests and required paperwork accurately
- Interact professionally with customers and clients on job sites
- Inspect and maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues
- Assist with environmental cleanup projects and field work as needed
- Support confined space entry setups, cleanouts, and pressure washing operations
- Follow all DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company safety requirements
- Work closely with the operations team to complete jobs safely and efficiently
What You Need
- Valid Class A CDL
- Tanker endorsement and Hazmat endorsement required
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Strong understanding of commercial driving safety and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work in varying conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to complete drug screenings and background checks as required
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with vacuum trucks, roll-offs, or environmental services
- Experience working in industrial or construction environments
- Comfort using smartphone apps and mobile technology
