Requirements
- Proven experience in sewing, garment construction, or tailoring within a fashion retail environment
- Proficiency with sewing machines and other tailoring tools
- Strong understanding of fabric types, garment fitting, and sewing techniques
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of fashion trends and retail operations is a plus
