Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong full stack web development experience
- Experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications
- Working knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL or comparable technologies such as React, Node.js, or PostgreSQL
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience participating in code reviews and software design discussions
- Experience creating technical specifications and delivering complex features end to end
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
