Join Alliance Services as a Direct Support Professional (DSP / Caregiver) and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes. We are looking for DSPs in the Yamhill County area, including Grande Ronde, Willamina, Sheridan, and McMinnville, to work with children and adults with a range of schedules and needs. Schedules are flexible and we are willing to train for the right candidate.
This is a rewarding position for those who are looking to pick up a few extra hours in the evenings or the weekends, or those looking for an additional source of income that benefits the community at the same time. Examples of possible shifts include 10am to 2pm or 9:30am to 4pm on weekdays and 10am to 3pm or 4pm to 9pm on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage in Fun Activities: Enjoy arts & crafts, sports, and other enjoyable activities while helping customers pursue their dreams.
- Support Daily Living Needs: Assist with personal care, toileting needs, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, housekeeping, and budgeting.
- Follow Care Plans: Provide updates on customers' progress toward their desired outcomes.

Position Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (those working with adult customers only)
- Working cell phone
- Experience in caregiving or IDD support
- Current first aid & CPR certification (reimbursement available)
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR/DMV Report) (adult customers only)
- Criminal background check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- Our current needs include daytime shifts ranging from 7:30am-9pm. We do not have a need for overnight shifts in this area at this time.
- 4-hour/ 8-hour shifts
- Weekends
- Day shift
- Holidays
Experience:
