Epic Roof Replacement is looking for a full-time Field Roofing Estimator to cover our Bay Area and Sacramento/Central Valley markets.
This is not a traditional sales position. There is no cold calling, door knocking, or lead generation.
Our office team speaks with homeowners, prepares their initial roof estimate, and books the appointments for you.
Your job is simple: drive to the scheduled property, meet the homeowner, show roofing samples, confirm measurements and project details, take photos, and report the information back to our office team.
Most appointments take approximately 10–15 minutes.
Compensation
$25/hour + $15 for every completed inspection
Expected annual compensation: $65,000–$75,000+, depending on appointment volume.
Company vehicle and fuel provided.
What You'll Do
- Drive to pre-scheduled homeowner appointments
- Complete approximately 10–15 minute property visits
- Confirm roof measurements
- Confirm roof type, number of layers, pitch, and access
- Take required roof and property photos
- Show homeowners roofing samples and color options
- Confirm which roofing system/options the homeowner is interested in
- Identify visible wood damage or possible additional work
- Enter clear notes and photos into our CRM
- Communicate findings back to the office estimator
- Keep your daily appointment schedule organized and on time
What You Will NOT Be Doing
- No door-to-door sales
- No cold calling
- No lead generation
- No searching for your own customers
- No long sales presentations
- No sitting in a homeowner's house for hours trying to close a deal

What We're Looking For
- Roofing or construction knowledge preferred
- Comfortable taking and confirming roof measurements
- Professional and friendly with homeowners
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable driving throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento regions
- Comfortable using a smartphone, CRM, photos, and measurement tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Daily routes and appointments are scheduled by our office based on homeowner availability and location.
