As a Commercial Cleaner, you will:
Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility
Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and other common areas
Empty trash and replace liners
Respond promptly to spills and other unexpected cleaning needs
Follow all facility safety and security procedures
Communicate professionally with supervisors and fellow team members
Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently and on schedule
Maintain Clean Team's high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
We're looking for candidates who:
Are at least 18 years of age
Have reliable transportation
Can work independently while staying organized
Have strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
Are able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—paid training is provided.
