Yerushalmi Law Firm – Beverly Hills, CA
Yerushalmi Law Firm is seeking various positions in our growing Intake team. This full-time position plays a critical role in the firm’s new case call department, helping to convert potential leads into signed clients. The right candidate will have strong interpersonal skills to build trust with prospective clients from the first interaction. We are looking for competitive, driven individuals who are excited to help clients and exceed goals.
Candidates with prior personal injury intake experience are strongly preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong sales or customer service backgrounds who are confident in closing and building relationships over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Speak with prospective clients over the phone to evaluate potential personal injury and other legal cases.
- Analyze clients' situations, follow up to gather documents, and secure signed retainers.
- Handle incoming calls from individuals seeking legal assistance for injuries.
- Maintain communication with potential clients during the intake and review process.
- Update internal databases and upload documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Build strong rapport and trust with potential clients to guide them through the intake process.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and assist with special projects as needed under the direction of the Intake Manager or Firm Management.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
- Prior experience in personal injury intake, sales, or a related customer service role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to identify viable cases and convert leads into clients
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-ups efficiently
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of case management software and databases
