Hayutin Education specializes in working one-on-one with students of all ages and learning profiles. We are currently seeking dynamic, experienced educators looking for part-time work for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic school year who can work in-person, with grades 4th and up and specifically with middle and high school students. Our students vary in age and ability, from K-12th grade, gifted to mildly learning disabled.
Educational specialists must have formal training in remedial programs, and be able to develop customized lesson plans to address learning challenges in reading, writing and math based on various assessments and diagnostic tools. Executive functioning skill-building and study skills/organization are frequently needed. We are looking for educational specialists who can commit to any given student for the duration of the school year. This is a part-time role and provides supplementary income only. **Driving to in-person sessions is an essential job function for this position.

South Bay: specifically Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Palos Verdes
Pay: $71.00-$75.00 per hour for in-person sessions, commensurate with experience. **Occasionally students might need to meet virtually due to special circumstances. Pay for virtual sessions would be in the range of $51.00 - $55.00 per hour.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Special Education, or related field
- Prior teaching experience required
- Must have formal training in remedial programs
- Must be able to work with middle and high school students
- Available afternoons, evenings and/or weekends for at least 5-10 hours per week
- Must have access to an automobile (and be insured) for driving to in-person sessions
