The CDL Truck Driver position is expected to work as a valued member of the operations department. This job will primarily consist of local deliveries in Houston and surrounding areas to customers, and vendor pick-ups as required by the purchasing department. The CDL Truck Driver position at Morrell Masonry Supply, Inc. is physically demanding (will be responsible for loading/unloading at client sites) and requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety. The CDL Truck Drivers must also be willing to communicate and cooperate with customers, respond to their needs, and safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with company and DOT Guidelines. They will maintain company vehicles by performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. They will also perform various warehouse duties as assigned.

Detailed Responsibilities include the following:
· Delivering the customer’s order expediently and in pristine condition
· Move trucks/equipment in parking lot for easy loading and maneuvering
· Maintain accurate fuel levels in vehicles and equipment
· Assist warehouse personnel as needed
· Unload vendor trucks and place material in corresponding bin
· Primarily drive Flatbed and Dump trucks
Required Education and Experience
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Two years’ of truck driving experience
- Class A CDL License
- Must have clean MVR and insurable by carrier
- Experience with driving manual and automatic transmission
- Forklift/Moffet experience a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
