Patient Experience Leader
- Welcome patients warmly and professionally
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication standards
- Handle patient concerns with confidence and care
- Protect and enhance the practice’s reputation
Schedule & Flow Manager
- Strategically manage the doctor and hygiene schedules
- Monitor open time and reduce cancellations
- Optimize appointment sequencing
- Align daily production goals with schedule structure
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Verify insurance accurately
- Support treatment presentation and financial arrangements
- Monitor collections and accounts receivable
- Ensure accurate documentation in practice management software
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Occasional changes in days and/or hours may be required. Schedule may vary based on patient volume and operational needs.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
