Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape installation crews to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
- Coordinate all aspects of landscape projects, including planting, irrigation setup, lawn care, and hardscape installation
- Manage daily operations on-site, including safety protocols, equipment use, and material handling
- Identify plants and horticultural elements to ensure proper placement and health of landscapes
- Oversee irrigation system installation and maintenance to optimize water efficiency
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to meet project specifications and deadlines
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and adherence to safety regulations
Skills
- Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, and garden design
- Proven supervising experience with crew management and team leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and tree care techniques
- Skilled in irrigation management and troubleshooting irrigation systems
- Construction experience related to projects or similar environments
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- commercial installation of sprinkler irrigation systems: 5 years (Required)
- crew management: 5 years (Required)
- job site management: 5 years (Required)
Language:
