Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of support with daily activities and personal care.
Previous experience working in the Home Health Agency field is required!
Ability to speak Arabic is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to individuals with various needs, including seniors, individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and dementia
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs as required
- Implement behavior management strategies
- Support individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Lift and transfer clients as needed
Skills:
- Experience in senior care, dementia care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in providing direct support to individuals with diverse needs
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring
- Capability to lift and transfer clients safely
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients
