You already know how to run a job. You have been doing it.
You know what a proper job open looks like. You know how to manage a crew, talk to clients, and close a job cleanly. You have been doing the work of a Crew Leader -- maybe for a while now.
But something is off. Maybe the owner is always hovering, second-guessing your calls, or changing the plan mid-job. Maybe you are carrying painters who do not pull their weight and nothing ever changes. Maybe you are doing everything right and the pay does not reflect it. Maybe you are just not growing -- and you know it.

Red Trim Painting is a residential and commercial painting company in Middlesex County built on reputation, repeat business, and doing things the right way. We are growing -- and we are looking for a Crew Leader who is ready to come in, take full ownership of their jobs, and be treated like the professional they are.
We do not micromanage people who perform. If you run tight jobs, communicate well, and leave clients impressed -- we stay out of your way and make sure you are well compensated for it.
WHAT THIS ROLE GIVES YOU THAT YOUR CURRENT ONE DOES NOT
Full ownership. You run your jobs. You make the calls on site. You are the point of contact for the client. You are not waiting for permission.
A crew that is held to a standard. We hire carefully and we manage performance. You will not be carrying dead weight.
An owner who communicates clearly, sets expectations upfront, and backs their Crew Leaders when it matters.
WHAT YOU WILL EARN
Base pay: $25per hour +, based on experience.
Holiday/ Overtime Pay
