General Description:
This position will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and preparing orders for shipping in a timely and accurate manner. This position works in a team environment with set guidelines to uphold BRS quality standards, established deadlines and safe work habits to ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled efficiently.
This is a full time, day shift position.
Primary Responsibilities:

Selects products by SKU and descriptions using a handheld scanner to fulfill orders.

Examines all products related to customer orders

Use basic math skills to count, measure, weigh or otherwise verify information and products selected against customers’ orders or other records related to orders.

Prepare items for shipping by inspecting for damage, cleaning, and bagging parts if necessary

Pack orders in a safe, neat and professional manner

Uses order fulfillment software to print shipping labels and affix to customer packaging.

Sort packages according to destination and shipping carrier.

Must meet daily shipping schedule deadlines.

Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established procedures.

Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality

Other duties and projects as needed.
Work Experience and Abilities:
-
1 year of order fulfillment, shipping, manufacturing, warehouse or other relevant fast paced experience (preferred)

Organized, detail oriented and ability to concentrate on fine detail with interruptions.

Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
-
Thrive in a high-energy, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
