Duties
- Perform thorough car washes, including exterior cleaning, window tinting, buffing, and detailing to ensure vehicles look their best
- Conduct interior cleaning and custodial tasks such as vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport cars between locations or to customers while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups like buffing scratches or applying protective coatings as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and ensuring their vehicle needs are met with care
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment to promote a safe and organized environment
- Complete documentation for vehicle maintenance, cleaning logs, and transportation records accurately and promptly
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Experience with car wash techniques, detailing, buffing, and window tinting preferred
- Ability to perform custodial and janitorial tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in driving company or fleet vehicles is a plus
- Knowledge of vehicle cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure every vehicle meets quality standards
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team
- Willing to train the right candidate
