Pay Rate: $20/hour
A company in the printing and business services industry is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support accounting operations and general office administration. This role involves accounts payable/accounts receivable support, vendor and customer communication, and a variety of administrative responsibilities in a collaborative office environment.
Japanese/English bilingual skills are required.

Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks (Accounts Payable)

Issue and send customer invoices (Accounts Receivable)

Process vendor payments, including checks and wire transfers

Respond to vendor and customer inquiries related to AP/AR

Support year-end audit preparation and reporting

Handle online sales refund processing through PayPal

Coordinate travel arrangements and office supply orders

Support internal event scheduling and preparation, including catering orders

Distribute mail and greet visitors

Provide general office and administrative support as needed

Assist other departments during busy periods

Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred

Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
