Sign Production Specialist
Love seeing your work out in the real world? We do too.
If you're a builder, a maker, and someone who takes pride in pointing at a massive, beautiful storefront sign and saying, "I built and installed that"—we want to talk to you.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and hands-on Sign Production Specialist to join our crew. You'll operate advanced industry equipment—including our Canon Arizona printer, Colex flatbed cutter/router, laminator, painting setup, and more—to transform design concepts into finished, professional products.

- Vinyl Application: Mask, weed, and apply vinyl lettering and graphics to various substrates using proper hand tools and techniques.

- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our strict quality standards and match the approved design specifications before delivery or installation.
- Shop Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform routine basic maintenance on the flatbed printer, Colex router, laminator, and other shop tools. Consistently and correctly wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and respirators during painting operations.
