Key Responsibilities
- Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for mid-market and small business accounts, handling inquiries via phone and email with a "warm transfer" level of service.
- Account Growth: Partner with the Sales team to provide professional quotes, identify coverage gaps, and execute "rounding" strategies to ensure clients are fully protected.
- Technical Processing: Manage the full policy lifecycle, including renewals, endorsements, and sophisticated policy changes within our Agency Management System.
- Claims Liaison: Assist with initial First Notice of Loss (FNOL) intake, providing empathy and clarity to clients when they need it most.
- Relationship Management: Manage Evidence of Insurance (EOI) requests, Certificates (COIs), and specialized lender requirements with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Licensed Professional: Active New Hampshire Property & Casualty Producer License is required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an independent agency environment, specifically handling commercial lines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agency Management Systems and a deep understanding of standard ACORD forms and commercial coverages.
- Attributes: Resilient under pressure, high emotional intelligence (soft skills), and a meticulous "if it isn't documented, it didn't happen" mindset.
