Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service and repair HVAC systems and equipment at commercial and industrial facilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshooting HVAC equipment related to electrical and controls issues.
- Perform regular scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems at commercial and industrial facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with other technicians and our subcontractors on larger projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles and systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical principles with the ability to troubleshoot
- Mechanical aptitude for repairing and maintaining Commercial HVAC equipment
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration is a plus (*TOP PAY FOR NH3 EXPERIENCE*)
- Familiarity with Commercial HVAC system design, installation and operation.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle emergency repairs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
