We offer a guaranteed paid training salary!! No experience required. Sales personnel are paid a base pay plus commission and bonuses with the ability to earn additional bonus money from Chevrolet.

Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients daily to grow your customer base through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries to generate new sales opportunities.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Learn to do a proper vehicle demonstration by highlighting a vehicle's features and benefits
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize dealership revenue.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service, bilingual communication when applicable, and ongoing support post-sale.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learn to overcome objections
- Update your CRM tool daily to track all prospects daily
- Complete your GM training every quarter to remain Chevrolet certified
- Be punctual when arriving and be ready to go when your shift starts
- Maintain a CSI score that is consistent with manufacturer guidelines
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and outbound sales skills to engage prospects professionally and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Bilingual strongly recommended
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Pre-employment screening: background check, clean driving record, valid non-suspended driver's license and drug testing
