Territory Manager — Florida (based near Tampa FL)
Highly Concentr8ed manufactures hemp-derived cannabinoid products. We've been in business since our industry's inception and have a strong reputation across Florida's hemp industry.
We're hiring a Territory Manager to take over sales across Florida. You'll prospect and manage your own distribution and wholesale accounts and, as we grow, lead a team of reps across the state. There's real opportunity here for a hard worker and strong closer who's honest and transparent. Our focus is compliance, quality products, and taking care of our customers, we need someone who operates the same way and wants to grow with us long term.
You'll be based near our home base in the Sarasota/Bradenton area and work closely with our team. The territory is all of Florida, and travel is a big part of this role; you'll be on the road weekly in a company-provided vehicle, prospecting and opening new accounts across the state.
Who we're looking for:
- 3+ years in outside sales; ideally cannabis, hemp, vape, alcohol, or another regulated industry
- 2+ years leading or supervising a sales team
- Customer-service oriented- builds long-term relationships with accounts
- Honest, transparent, and a strong communicator
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Strong closer
- Takes product knowledge seriously; learns the products we work with inside and out
- Based near Tampa, Florida, with a valid driver's license
Compensation:
- $60,000 starting base salary
- Uncapped commission on your own sales
- Override Commission on each rep within your territory meeting quota
- On-target earnings of $120,000 -$150,000+
