Work hours are 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm
Work a straight 8 hours shift with a paid lunch
Pay rate starts at $20.55/ hour with scheduled pay increase at 3 months and 6 months of employment.
Additional $0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift
Eligible for monthly attendance bonus first full month of employment
Press Operator/ Packer will be responsible for
- Placing materials and removing finished parts into stamping press
- Will be required to complete production and inspection reports as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
- Hourly inspection of parts
- Packing parts off conveyor into various totes/ bins
Requirements:
- Prefer 1 year of previous manufacturing experience in fast paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Perform basic math skills- including working with percentages and fractions
- Ability to use and understand quality gauges, quality fixtures
- Able to read and interpret tape measures
- Ability to work in a factory environment- standing, bending. Lifting up to 25 lbs
- Prefer previous experience with stamping presses or related manufacturing equipment
