Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Revit Drafter to join our dynamic design and engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating conceptual designs into precise, detailed Revit models that support construction, interior design, mechanical systems, and system integration projects. Your expertise will help streamline project workflows, enhance visualization, and ensure accuracy across all phases of design development. Duties
- Develop detailed 3D Revit models based on architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural schematics provided by project teams.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers to produce accurate construction documents and system layouts.
- Incorporate client feedback and project revisions efficiently into existing models to maintain project momentum.
- Utilize complementary CAD software such as AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Assist in creating 2D animations or graphic representations for presentations or client proposals.
- Ensure all drafting adheres to industry standards and project specifications while maintaining high levels of accuracy and clarity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CAD drafting with a strong focus on Revit.
- Solid understanding of building systems including mechanical design, interior design principles, system design processes, and construction workflows.
- Proficiency in interpreting schematics, technical drawings, and technical specifications across multiple disciplines.
- Knowledge of 2D animation techniques and graphic design fundamentals to enhance visual communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
