Phire Labs is an advanced manufacturing company producing premium cannabis extracts and vape products using state-of-the-art processing equipment. We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined Industrial Process Technician to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with industrial equipment, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and improving manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor industrial processing equipment.
Perform equipment setup, cleaning, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
Operate and maintain chillers, heaters, pumps, vacuum systems, compressors, and related process equipment.
Complete production documentation and follow company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work with the production team to maximize efficiency, quality, and uptime.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Honest, dependable, and self-motivated.
HVAC experience is highly preferred.
Experience with industrial equipment, refrigeration, plumbing, pumps, compressors, or manufacturing systems is a plus.
Industrial maintenance, food production, pharmaceutical, brewery, chemical processing, or similar manufacturing experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
