We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service & Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with rental services, trailer hookups, and ensuring smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person, and have a valid driver’s license to facilitate vehicle-related services. This position offers an engaging environment where you can develop your customer service expertise while supporting daily operational activities.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and in person to address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with Uhaul rentals, including guiding them through the rental process and answering questions about available services.
- Support trailer hookup services for customers, ensuring safety and proper setup according to company standards.
- Coordinate with team members to manage daily operations efficiently and resolve any issues that arise during customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all customer service activities.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license is required to perform vehicle-related tasks such as trailer hookup and rental assistance.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in phone conversations and client interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Basic organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliability and professionalism in representing the company’s brand and values.
