- Must possess a high school diploma or an acceptable equivalency diploma.

At least one (1) year of general office experience.

Experience in the use of two-way communication systems preferred.

Must be able to pass a polygraph examination.

Must be able to obtain a FCIC/NCIC Certification.
Punctuality and regular attendance are essential functions of this position, as well as working mandatory shift hours, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends, unscheduled overtime to cover shifts and for emergency-preparedness situations.

A comparable combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position, may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
