Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes.
Duties
- Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Oversee subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera for project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate construction estimates and budgets.
- Review schematics and plans to ensure that all work aligns with project specifications.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting practices and construction estimating techniques.
- Familiarity with construction management software, specifically ProCore and Primavera.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints effectively.
- Experience in pipeline construction is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.

Pay: $62,123.18 - $74,815.01 per year
