We're partnering with our client, a company specializing in educational funding solutions, to find a talented Marketing Cloud Specialist for their team. This permanent roles offers the chance to work remotely within the region. The position involves managing marketing automation and customer communications to build stronger client relationships.
Marketing Cloud Specialist Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing goals and develop strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create engaging content for email campaigns, social media, and digital channels.
- Design, implement, and oversee automated workflows and customer journeys across channels.
- Manage data integrations between Marketing Cloud and other systems utilizing ETL tools.
- Use scripting languages like AMPscript and SQL to personalize marketing communications.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics to enhance targeting and effectiveness.
- Provide technical support for campaign execution, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Work with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align campaign initiatives.
Marketing Cloud Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or similar role.
- Demonstrable knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Skilled in developing and managing marketing workflows and customer journeys.
- Experienced in integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems via ETL tools.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as AMPscript and SQL.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Data Cloud is highly desirable.
- Experience with Financial Service Cloud and developing on cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is preferred.
