Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Home Care
Our healthcare agency is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled in-home nursing care to pediatric and medically fragile clients, throughout the Chicago area and Northwest suburbs. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), LPNs provide nursing services in accordance with each client's individualized Plan of Care, including medication administration, assessments, documentation, and specialized care such as tracheostomy (Trach), gastrostomy tube (G-Tube), ventilator, and other skilled nursing procedures as needed.
Qualified candidates must possess a current Illinois LPN license and CPR/BLS certification. Pediatric home care experience is preferred but not required. We are seeking caring professionals who demonstrate compassion, patience, reliability, and excellent communication skills while providing high-quality, family-centered care. This is a shift-based position offering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with most shifts lasting up to 8 hours, depending on client needs.
