Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday 12-8pm
Friday-Saturday 12-9pm
Sundays 12-7pm

Looking for a reliable full time employee with line cook or greater level skills.
Weekday schedule is flexible, however weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) are required.
Two days off per week (Mondays and 2nd day TBD.)
Closed on select Holidays- Thanksgiving, Easter, 4th of July, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve & more.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and specials
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirement:
- Previous experience in the food service industry as a line cook
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food safety certification is a plus
