Complete work assignments as scheduled.
Obtain approval from the Director of Facilities prior to making purchases.
Return all areas in which work is performed to its prior condition.
Keep all workshop areas orderly and clean.
Account for all Board of Education tools, and keep them orderly and clean.
Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively.
Remove snow and ice, and spread salt and sand, as directed.
Complete a work log at the end of each day, and submit the log to the Director of Facilities at the end of each week.
- Substitute for staff members in other categories as directed by the Superintendent or Director of Facilities.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Director of Facilities.
Rate based on qualifications and Hoboken School Employees Association (HSEA) contract
