On Target Staffing is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outbound Sales Representative to expand our client base across the 5 boroughs of NYC. This is a true Hunter Role designed for someone who thrives on building business, creating opportunities, and closing deals. Whether you come from staffing or a related industry, if you bring strong business development skills, confidence in front of clients, and the drive to win—we want to speak with you. You’ll be supported by a structured onboarding and training program, giving you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed quickly while making an immediate impact.
What You’ll Do
- Drive New Business: Prospect, network, cold call, and meet clients in person to generate new opportunities
- Build Meaningful Relationships: Partner with decision-makers to understand their workforce challenges and deliver solutions
- Own the Sales Cycle: From lead generation to closing deals and launching client partnerships
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with recruiting and operations to ensure strong delivery and client satisfaction
- Grow Accounts: Identify opportunities to expand services through upselling and cross-selling
- Be a Problem Solver: Help clients improve hiring efficiency and workforce scalability
- Manage Your Pipeline: Stay organized and results-driven using CRM tools and consistent activity
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales (staffing, logistics, manufacturing, industrial, or related industries preferred)
- Experience in leading a Full-Sales Cycle, from Lead Generation to Close
- Proven ability to generate new business and build accounts from the ground up
- A true Hunter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Confidence in Outbound Sales—phone, in-person, and networking
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow
- Comfortable working in the field and representing the company professionally
What You’ll Get
- Base Salary: $65K – $80K (based on experience)
- Uncapped Commission – earn based on your performance, with no account expiration
