We're on the hunt for an energetic, people-loving Customer Service Associate to join our Laredo crew.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greet and assist customers in person with questions, complaints, returns, and general inquiries
- Stay calm and professional when handling frustrated or upset customers, working toward a fair resolution
- Process transactions and update customer records using our point-of-sale system (full training provided)
- Work with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues that need extra attention
- Handle cash, refunds, and account adjustments accurately and in line with company procedures
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and presentable throughout your shift
- Attend regular team check-ins and take part in ongoing training
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years in a customer-facing role — retail, front desk, hospitality, or similar
- Able to stay solution-focused when customers are unhappy
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills — you'll use software systems daily
- Flexible availability including evenings and rotating weekends
- High school diploma or GED
Pay & Benefits
- $19 – $24 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time | 32–40 hours per week
- Shifts vary — includes evenings and rotating weekends
