Lifetime Plus Coatings of America is seeking a high-performing sales professional to help expand our Home Improvement Division throughout key markets with heavy focus in the greater Los Angeles area.
This is not a traditional sales job.
We're looking for someone who can:
✔ Build new dealer relationships
✔ Train contractors and installers
✔ Grow revenue through sales development
✔ Create long-term partnerships
✔ Represent an industry-leading brand
What You'll Do:
- Develop and grow new dealer partnerships
- Conduct product training and education programs
- Expand contractor and installer networks
- Manage and support existing customer relationships
- Drive territory growth through strategic outreach
- Collaborate with leadership on expansion initiatives
- Some overnight travel

- Comfortable with CRM technology
- Experience in construction, coatings, paint, wall coatings, heat reflective sealers, building materials, or related industries preferred.
