Brighter View LLC and Brighter View Life Enrichment Center are hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers, Vocational Rehabilitation Support Staff, Job Coaches, and eligible Parent Paid Providers across Arizona.
Team members support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with daily living skills, community engagement, employment readiness, transportation, companionship, and personal growth.
This is a great opportunity for nursing students, healthcare students, social work students, education students, retirees, parents, caregivers, human services professionals, and anyone passionate about supporting people with special needs.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting daily living activities
Providing community-based support
Assisting with employment and vocational goals
Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Providing transportation support
Following individualized service plans
Completing required documentation
Promoting safety, dignity, independence, and confidence
Qualifications:
Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
Caregiving, healthcare, education, behavioral health, or human services experience a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Ability to pass background checks
Strong communication skills
Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Preferred certifications:
CPR / First Aid
Article 9
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Direct Care Worker training
