Position Details
Location: Nashville International Airport
Schedule: Day and evening shifts (based on airport traffic)
Pay Rate: $2.50 per hour + Great tips
What You’ll Do:
As a Server, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest. Your focus will be on delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient service.
Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests warmly and providing excellent service.

Taking accurate food and beverage orders.

Delivering food and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.

Processing payments and operating the POS system.

Collaborating with kitchen and team members for smooth service.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.

Creating a positive experience that encourages guests to return.
Essential Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Previous restaurant experience preferred.

Ability to obtain an Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) serving permit within 60 days of hire.

Basic knowledge of dining room service procedures.

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and POS systems.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).

Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 20–30 pounds.

Must be able to pass a federal background check.
Shift Schedule:
Our most common scheduling needed windows include:

12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

3:00 PM – Close
Shifts may vary slightly depending on airport traffic and business needs. Flexibility is key in this environment, as guest volume can shift quickly.
