We are looking for a National Recruiting Director to help identify, interview, and onboard new agents as we continue expanding our nationwide organization.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, building teams, and helping others succeed. Previous experience in insurance recruiting, financial services, sales leadership, staffing, or business development is highly valued.
What You'll Do
- Interview prospective candidates
- Present the opportunity to qualified applicants
- Guide new agents through the onboarding process
- Follow up with candidates and help improve engagement
- Work alongside leadership to help grow the organization
- Support recruiting and retention initiatives

Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity designed for individuals who are motivated by results, leadership, and long-term growth. Compensation is tied to recruiting activity, team growth, and organizational performance.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
