We have more patients who want help than we currently convert into care — and right now, nobody owns fixing that. This is a from-scratch seat: you'll build the system, run the pipeline, and turn "wanted help but never came back" into patients who got treated.
If you do it well, this becomes the seat that leads a team as we grow. On day one, you personally own the data.
This isn't a "clock in, clock out" role, and it isn't pressure-selling either. It's ownership of outcomes for patients who already trust us to take care of them.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- A real backlog campaign — a meaningful amount of diagnosed, planned, unscheduled care sitting dormant. Reviving it is your first 90 days and your first proof point.
- The pipeline, end to end — build and run our CRM, design the follow-up sequences, and treat "interested to scheduled to treated" like a system you're accountable for, not a list you work through.
- Patient consultations — sit with patients, walk through their care plan clearly, and have direct, comfortable conversations about cost and financing, without flinching and without pressure.
- The data — you know your conversion rate, your follow-up cadence, and where patients fall out of the funnel, because you're the one tracking it.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS, AND ISN'T
It is: consultative case presentation, pipeline ownership, and follow-up systems for care our clinical team has already diagnosed.
It isn't: a clinical or diagnosing role, a script-reading job, or high-pressure selling. We earn trust. Pushy doesn't last here.
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU ARE
- Autonomous — you've built or fixed a pipeline before and owned the results, and you didn't wait to be told how
- Authentic — you're self aware and honest. You'd rather lose a case than fake your way into one.
- Thoughtful — you're creative and empathetic. You read people well and find the path that actually serves them
- Positive — you're an optimistic problem-solver. You bring energy to a room and to a hard conversation about money
- Reliable — you track your own numbers and do what you said you'd do
- Healthy — you want to build a fulfilling career here and achieve and contribute to an environment that is mentally, physically, and emotionally healthy. You are NOT just here to clock in and clock out
REQUIREMENTS
- Fully bilingual — English and Spanish, spoken and written. Non-negotiable.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and pipeline-management tools
- Demonstrated use of data or analytics to improve conversion, retention, or follow-up in a prior role
- Proven track record in consultative sales, case acceptance, account management, or client-facing relationship work — healthcare, med-spa/aesthetics, financial services, real estate, hospitality, or B2B/SaaS all translate well
- Authorized to work in Puerto RicoDental experience not required. We'll teach you the clinical side. We're hiring for how you build systems and connect with people.
