What You’ll Do

Diagnose transmission issues using advanced diagnostic tools and testing procedures

Repair, rebuild, and replace automatic and manual transmissions

Perform teardown, inspection, and reassembly of transmission systems
-
Address drivability concerns related to transmission performance
-
Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
-
Communicate findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors
-
Follow manufacturer and dealership standards for repairs and warranty work
What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with transmission diagnostics and repair (required)

Proven ability to rebuild transmissions (automatic and/or manual)

Advanced mechanical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and quality workmanship

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
-
ASE Certification (A2 – Automatic Transmission/Transaxle or equivalent)

Previous dealership experience
-
Experience with multiple OEM systems
