Mandatory Skill
Experienced Siemens Teamcenter consultant with proven ability to lead PLM workstreams and solutioning, including strong working knowledge of Teamcenter Multisite.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Teamcenter PLM workstreams for implementation and transformation programs.
- Conduct solutioning workshops to define future-state PLM processes and roadmaps.
-Configure and maintain Teamcenter Multisite Collaboration, managing data ownership, replication, and export/import rules
-Troubleshoot and resolve multisite data sync, sharing, and transfer issues. Ensure that data masters and replicas are accurately managed
- Extensive hands-on experience on Teamcenter admin activities, functionalities, configurations and Technical Architecture understanding
- Drive Teamcenter to Teamcenter/Non-TC to Teamcenter migration, including assessment, data mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover.
- Design scalable solutions across BOM, change management, workflows, and document management.
- Install, configure, and upgrade Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA) using Deployment Center across development, QA, and production environments.
- Oversee BMIDE configuration, data model alignment, integrations, testing, and deployment readiness.
- Manage risks, stakeholders, and delivery to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Support UAT, training, hypercare, and mentor junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of PLM consulting experience with strong Teamcenter implementation and solution design expertise.
- 4+ years of experience in configuring and supporting Teamcenter Multisite for global customers
- Administer and maintain direct integrations between Siemens Teamcenter and CAD tools like NX, CATIA
- Hands-on experience in Teamcenter migration programs.
- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, BMIDE, workflows, and data model.
- Experience in client-facing workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Good understanding of PLM integrations (ERP, CAD, MES).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
