We are a small manufacturing company seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping paperwork organized, maintaining accurate records, communicating professionally by phone, and helping office processes run smoothly.
Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Make outgoing calls to customers, vendors, and transportation companies
- Schedule transportation pickups and deliveries
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents
- Process paperwork and ensure documents are complete and accurate
- Perform data entry and update company records
- Scan, file, and manage electronic and paper documents
- Assist with general administrative and office tasks
- Update company information on Facebook and LinkedIn as needed
- Respond to basic online inquiries and messages
Requirements
- Professional and friendly phone communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with routine administrative tasks
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, internet, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask and follow established procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Preferred Qualifications
- Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Receptionist, Data Entry, or Clerical experience
- Experience managing records, files, or documentation
Pay: $17.00 per hour
