Provides administrative support and coordination for construction services, including but not limited to maintaining and distributing subcontractor documents, control logs, and lists (i.e. status, change orders, close outs, insurance certificates, bonds)
Perform general and administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, records management, drafting & proofreading correspondence, and handle incoming mail
Utilizes construction management software and/or tracking systems to keep project information current and accessible to users
Assist in preparation and distribution of bid packages and scope change order pricing
Responsible for company data management and record keeping systems, electronic and hard copy
Prepare and draft job correspondence, compliance reports, and job reports
Assist with timekeeping & timesheet submittal on a weekly basis to payroll
Interact regularly with all company staff independently and on behalf of management
Regular attendance required according to company policy to ensure crew can operate at normal efficiency level.

Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
