Position: Sales Coordinator
Job Duties/Responsibilities: -

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, retailers, and business opportunities across the US that align with the company's products and services.

Support the sales team/managers in lead generation, prospecting activities, and customer outreach initiatives.

Assist in onboarding customer and supplier portals while Sales Coordinator

Draft and manage professional email communications with prospective and existing customers to support sales and account management activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and account records within the ERP/CRM system.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.

Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns and social media initiatives to support sales growth and customer engagement.

Monitor sales performance data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and revenue generation.

Prepare sales presentations, proposals, marketing collateral, and other supporting materials for the sales team. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales department to ensure efficient execution of sales activities.

Assist in handling incoming sales inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.

Support order processing activities and coordinate with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales reports, dashboards, and account performance summaries for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support business growth and evolving operational needs.
Qualifications:

Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency — Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
