The ideal candidate will have proven experience cleaning commercial properties and be able to provide professional business references.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily and scheduled cleaning of offices, retail spaces, and commercial facilities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize work areas.
- Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience required.
- Professional business references required.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Dependable transportation to travel between facilities.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks.
What We Offer
- Part-time or Full-time, stable employment
- Pay Range: $20.00- $33.00 per hour, based on experneice.
- Typical Schedule: Monday- Friday, between 8:00AM- 4:30PM (30-40 hours per week).
- Weekends and nights are available if needed.
