About the Role
As a Field Service Technician specializing in CNC systems, you will serve as the primary technical expert responsible for maximizing equipment uptime and operational efficiency for our clients. You will leverage your deep expertise in mechanical and electrical diagnostics to resolve complex system challenges, ensuring our high-precision machinery consistently meets rigorous performance standards.
Responsibilities-
Execute the full lifecycle of CNC equipment support, including precision installation, preventative maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs.

Diagnose and resolve intricate electrical, mechanical, and software-related malfunctions to restore peak machine functionality.

Empower client operators by delivering comprehensive technical training on machine operation, safety protocols, and routine maintenance best practices.

Drive product reliability by documenting service outcomes and providing actionable feedback to internal engineering teams.

Optimize machine performance through expert-level CNC machine setup, tooling adjustments, and system changeovers.

Maintain a high standard of service excellence while traveling to various customer facilities to perform on-site interventions.
Qualifications-
Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Precision Machining, or a related technical discipline.

Demonstrated success in field service, specifically maintaining and repairing CNC machinery.

Advanced proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, repair, and CNC tooling systems.

Strong technical aptitude for working with Fanuc control systems and automation solutions.
