Balanced work schedule
Responsibilities include:
-
Diagnose and repair gasoline, hybrid, and electrical vehicle systems
-
Perform repairs according to Ford and dealership standards
-
Test-drive vehicles and utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment
-
Perform Video Multi-Point Inspections (Video MPIs) on every vehicle to clearly communicate vehicle condition and repair recommendations to customers
-
Communicate repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
-
Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
-
Accurately document repair procedures and findings on repair orders
-
Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
-
Participate in Ford manufacturer training and certification programs
-
Stay current on manufacturer technical service bulletins
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Properly care for dealership tools and equipment
-
Follow OSHA, environmental, and dealership safety procedures
-
Report safety concerns immediately to management
-
Previous professional automotive technician experience required
-
Honda dealership experience preferred
-
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
-
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Ability to efficiently produce quality flat-rate hours

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
