Responsibilities
- Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, fades, styling, grooming, and additional hair services
- Perform straight razor shaves and razor detailing techniques
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide personalized recommendations
- Deliver high-quality services while maintaining attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with industry standards
- Build positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service
- Stay current with barbering trends, techniques, and industry practices
- Support a professional and team-oriented shop environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid barber or cosmetology license (as required by state regulations)
- Proficient in a variety of barbering techniques, including fades, precision cuts, styling, and grooming services
- Experience with straight razor techniques preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to create a professional and welcoming client experience
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Experience mentoring or training other team members is a plus but not required
