As a Lead Teacher, you'll guide groups of children as they explore basic engineering concepts and bring their own robots to life. Every class is filled with creativity, problem-solving, laughter, and those unforgettable "I built it!" moments.
No robotics or engineering experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and all the tools, curriculum, and support you'll need to succeed. We believe great teachers come from a variety of backgrounds including education, theater, art, music, science, childcare, and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for working with children and interactive learning
- Creative, positive, and energetic personality to lead a classroom
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work in dynamic environments
- Comfortable traveling locally
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (Certification will be arranged by our team)
- Commitment to creating inclusive, diverse STEAM experiences
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):
- Teaching, coaching, or leading groups of children (teacher, camp counselor, etc)
- Experience with crafts, building, or circuits
- Familiarity with basic tools, simple software programming, or creative construction
This is a Part-Time role with hours ranging from 10-20 hours per week. The number of hours per week varies. While we will try to accommodate your preferences and existing commitments, weekdays, weekends and holidays will all make up parts of the schedule
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
